We provide professional photography and videography services as outlined in our service packages and formal contracts. A project is considered booked only upon receipt of a signed contract and the required non-refundable retainer fee.

2. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing timely access to necessary venues, permissions, and resources required to complete the photographic or cinematic project. Failure to provide essential information may result in delays or termination of services without refund.

3. Intellectual Property and Usage

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, in the content created (photographs, videos, and film) remain the sole property of The Artful Lens, unless otherwise specified in a formal contract.

  • We grant the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final products for personal, non-commercial use.
  • The Artful Lens reserves the right to use the content for promotional purposes, portfolio display, and marketing materials.

4. Limitation of Liability

In the unlikely event that The Artful Lens is unable to perform services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, equipment failure), our liability shall be limited to a full refund of any fees paid. We are not liable for any other damages or losses, direct or consequential.
